- Punjab urban bodies polls: BJP leaders face protesters' fury in Mohali
BJP leaders in Mohali were confronted and gheraoed by a group of protesters angry over the farm bills standoff. The protesters identifying themselves as supporters of the farmers heckled the BJP leaders who had gathered at a hotel in Sector 79 to release the party's manifesto for the Mohali Munincipal Corporation polls. The protesters also warned the leaders that they would not allow the BJP candidates to campaign. BJP leaders left the spot in a huff, and later alleged hand of the opposition parties in the entire matter.
