Assembly election 2022: Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party's national convenor Arvind Kejriwal will announce AAP's chief ministerial candidate for the Punjab Assembly polls today in Mohali around noon. Meanwhile, Samajwadi Party vice-president Kiranmay Nanda has said that the party wants West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to campaign for it in the upcoming Uttar Pradesh election. Assembly polls in Punjab, Uttarakhand and Goa will be held in a single phase on February 14 while voting in Manipur will be held in two phases on February 27 and March 3. Uttar Pradesh will vote in seven phases to elect 403 MLAs between February 10 and March 7. The counting of votes will take place on March 10.
