      Farmers union leaders have said that they will take out tractor rally on Republic Day. Protesting union leaders on Monday said that farmers have a constitutional right to take out a rally peacefully. They said that thousands of people will participate in the rally on January 26. They also came out on the roads with their tractors at Mohali in a show of strength. The Supreme Court said that Delhi Police will decide the entry of protesting farmers in Delhi on Republic Day.
