Mohali June 11The vaccination drive against Covid-19 is going in full swing with the people getting inoculated at 55 government centres across the district Civil Surgeon Dr Adarshpal Kaur said here today.
They also informed that 11 permanent and 44 temporary vaccination centers were active across the district.
“The permanent vaccination centres are functional at Government College in front of Civil Hospital Mohali government hospitals at Dera Bassi Kharar Gharuan Kurali Boothgarh Dhakoli Banur and Lalru and at community centres in Phase 7 and Government Senior Secondary School near Civil Hospital Dera Bassi” said Dr Adarshpal Kaur.
The Civil Surgeon also informed that temporary vaccination centres in the Dera Bassi block were set up at Basoli Pandawala Amalala Bhukhri Dappar Chhat and Bhabat.
Dr Nagra said from June 21 the vaccine would be administered to all persons above the age of 18.
